- LEGO's 2019 NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander Creator Expert set has a lot to offer. Two Astronaut Minifigures that while not officially named Neil Armstrong or Buzz Aldrin it is certainly implied. You can plant the LEGO American Flag on the brick-built Moon surface, open up the Lunar Lander to place the Minifigures inside, or just display the LEGO NASA 10266 NASA Apollo Lunar Lander which is certainly eye catching!

You forgot to show the cool little panels that open on the sides that have the video camera next to the access ladder and the panel on the other side that contains the laser reflector.

I have this, the Saturn V, Shuttle Adventure, 3368 and 3367 on a shelf together. They’re the pride and joy of my collection. Makes for a great rocket garden. I plan on getting the Space Station next month to round it out.

Hey! I've recently gotten into lego and am also a big fan of the NASA space sets. I have this one, the Apollo V, and the international space station. Do you happen to know if there are any others that I would be missing that aren't on the website (due to being retired)?

The lego saturn v set has the same amout of pieces as the year the mission was set 1969!
You can remove the black arms on the thrusters and re attach them to the vehicle, it definitely looks more accurate to the real thing..some find that the arms over extend the thrusters a bit too far...

Thanks for the video. My dog knocked over my model and it fell to pieces. Luckily it's mostly intact except for some smaller parts and your detailed camera work helped me piece it back together!

Bought yesterday, great thing. But I really want to know which direction of both grey "Slopes 18 2 x 1 x 2/3 with 4 Slots" near the windscreen is right.
It seems the instructions and atleast in the designer video, for both the position is different as shown on the boxart. Really strange, any thoughts?

Ryan you need set 10231 from 2011. It’s the shuttle with rocket booster. Great for your NASA builds. I have not built mine yet but will go great with Saturn V and this set :) Also set 7470 Shuttle set would be great add. I’m in the market for that set so... hopefully adding soon.
Just so you know your Saturn V lunar lander has the face plate upside down. The door goes on the bottom. Also you didn’t show the camera pull out or the laser range finder pull out on the big lander.

Looks like you connected the white tanks upside-down. The round part should be at the top, just like the red tanks.
I'm 1 year late for this build but got it recently, and I'm wondering: Is the top half supposed to be loose? Like it's kind off wiggling back and forth, just a little

I bought the Saturn V back in December, but after building it, i had to put it back into the box, cause atm i have nowhere to put it. its huge :D however i am plannig to buy a nice wall mount for it, and a small shelf for the Lunar Lander what i bought yesterday. Wend for it to Budapest, and they are giving avay a small exclusive pieces with Neil Armstrong's footstep on it :D Btw i just realized that they are giving only 2 minifigs with this set, which is a shame, cause there were 3 astronauts actually on Apollo 11...

The flag should have been a printed piece given the price! Lego trimming and then charging a bomb for a rather high cost per pieces set once more... Definitely not picking up even on sale unless it is 50 percent off or more!
