I want to say thank you so very much! I was in extreme pain because of breastfeeding and picking up my baby could’nt even move my 😭shoulders and neck PT couldn’t helped and made it worse started these exercises I started feeling better after doing it couple of time followed by rice hot pad..if anyone is desperately searching for streches to get rid of pain THIS IS YOUR SIGN.Thank you so very much🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I am almost 2 weeks postpartum with my fifth baby. My neck and back have been aching from nursing. Thank you for your pre and post natal workouts! They have been so helpful!
Oatmeal helps milk production as well!! Also, tons of H2O and just keep feeding baby, little miss Octavia💕 , every 2to3 hours and you’ll be perfectly okay! No matter the results you see when pumping whether a small amount or large your body knows what your baby needs just trust in it.! You got this and you’re doing an amazing job I’m sure of it.! Keep your head up and stay positive, your journey is purposeful! Once again, thank you for the yoga routine video I’m about five months In and feeling the pain forsure in those exact areas so thank you thank you thank you .! -Breaze
Hoooo this was beautiful ❤️ I loved knowing your douther. I'm 7 month postpartum and I got through all my pregnancy and recovery after with you and your videos. I feel a lot supported by you and it's adorable to see you helping us even in your early recovery. Thank you so so much Jessica ❤️
Jessica, thank you so much for this video. My little boy is 6 days old and these stretches felt so good, and they didn't aggreviate my adominal separation.
Great set of stretches, thank you! It's a long time ago for you now, but for other mums who are learning to breastfeed: almonds can be great for helping boost milk supply - and drink PLENTY of water! Good luck mammas - we got this!
Thank you, I am 1 month post parting and feel so good for these classes. I loved your prenatal and again post, your classes are ideal! Thank you so much x
You are amazing!! Thank you for the awesome yoga videos! they helped me so much while I was pregnant and I have a baby now and just followed this video and feel so much better already! and your baby is an angel btw! :)
Hi there 👋 what worker for my milk supply has been coconut oil I tend to put it in oats in the morning, oats and lentil and barley soup, the barley is amazing for the milk supply. Coconut water and milk helps alot also. ❤
Thank you so so much for your videos. After a year we are still in lockdown in Germany and your videos are great to squeeze in at home when kids are sleeping and are amazing for my sore breastfeeding body.
Great video! Side note for anyone watching this in 2023 - can't tell which baby seat that is exactly in the video but if it's the Fisher Price Rock 'n Play "sleeper", that one was recalled!
Oh yeah! I have a 3 weeks old baby and I desperately needed this type of exercise before starting my pelvic floor reeducation, I am tall and my back is killing me! Thanks thanks thanks
I needed this so bad!! I had an episiotomy so I won’t be able to do proper yoga for some weeks and my back is killing me! I feel so much better afterwards
Thank you for this video! I’m 7 weeks postpartum and my back is killing me from feeding and carrying baby all day, I’m definitely going to try doing this everyday. Also, your baby is so precious 😍
Bless you 🙏🏼 This was much needed!! Octavia is an adorable baby and no doubt beautiful there-year-old now! I will be sure to check out your diastasis recti guide. Thank you again!
If you still need to improve your supply, the best thing to do is feed as much as possible especially during nights in the first two weeks postpartum. Also drink lots of soups, pork feet with soybean and peanut soup works best for me, I always get a boost after drinking it. But you need to have some sort of meat soup, 3 times a day to stay on top of your milk supply.
My mom makes mine and there are recipes online. I like Maanchi’s recipes on TH-cam. But you can also buy it from a Korean grocery store. It’s actually pretty simple to make! And delicious. :)
Hi Jessica, love your videos! Used them during pregnancy and now post-partum. One question - what is Olivia lying in? What is this product / brand? Would love to get sth like this for my little one! Thanks, Anna
For milk supply! Avoid anything in the mint family. Lavender is pet of the mint family and I used it in my body wash. When I switched washes my milk supply increased by almost double!
Thanks so much for this great video on stretches for BF moms! I just had my first baby (boy) four weeks ago and BF started out as a struggle and being post-episiotomy I would barely move as much as I used to and started feeling more stiff especially with BF being hunched over like you said. Sometimes I would have a hard time sleeping just cause I’m aching all over (Low back pain probably from epidural?). Anyway, I’m grateful that with more practice, adding enough pillows/thick blankets plus this stretching routine and your other postpartum videos I’m able to slowly get to optimum recovery. Baby had latch problems due to my nipple inversion so using nipple shields helped a lot plus Haakaa Manual pump (check it out if you haven’t yet). Hope you and your family are well. God bless and thanks again for making these wonderful videos! You’re one of my YT faves! Much love, Ivy. 💛
What is the name of your swing/bouncer?? I really like it.. Also, I hope you are feeling some relief and Ease in your neck and back pain!!!🙏✨ drink Lots of water and just feeding regularly should up and keep your supply Ample!!!

I started putting my feet on a squatty potty when I feed her to bring her up to the right height so I’m not hunched over 👍 BF has been difficult, but we are managing 🙌 Octavia is 7 months now 😭 How old is your LO? Happy Saturday!
I love your videos! I have used them all throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum. I am experiencing my own troubles with milk supply. What ended up helping you the most with yours?
Oh I remember the aches still. You can do it anytime you feel like. I have a new one for neck, shoulder and upper back as well th-cam.com/video/uAgp3qk6z4o/w-d-xo.html Are you using a breastfeeding pillow with good posture while BF? (I know it’s hard)
