Yes you need the canada version key remote head .. the one on the xhorse app I believe is from japan or just isn't compatible

first auto pro pad is perfect for just starting off. just remember 2 keys have to be programmed when your programming fords.
topdon ninja 1000 is a great programmer as well and budget friendly

Pudes tambien modificar el smart key pero tienes que escribir lo para tras a la llave!
Saludos .tengo problemas al general ese tipo de control me da un error que dice unsopport . Estoy usando el mini key tool en si última versión.

It's too bad I got a lemon Key Tool Max. it won't read chips. That also means it won't generate prox keys. It's an intermitten problem that may work for a day or two, then not work the next 25 times I test it. Of course when I sent it to Key Innovations (former international key supply) twice, it worked perfectly. So no more warranty, if there ever was one..
I’ve recently been having trouble using my key tool max as soon as I did the new update it stopped working leaning more towards the km100 now
@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE I bought the Keytool lite with 6 VW style remotes for $57 off UHS, just so I can use my big box of Xhorse keys. I wish had not bought them all as it's more of a hassle getting the right one, and hopefully it's in the software. Autel seems to have simplified it.
