It pisses me off the audience laughs when she talks about hitting him. Yet, if a woman was being abused, there would be a damn lench mob. I am a DV survivor, and it’s sickening to watch. Men who are abused deserve the same justice and protection that a woman receives. This type of behavior is exactly why men don’t come forward with their abuse.

Let's be real he used her to as he was being supported by him and didn't work for 6+ months. Agreed! But some men use breaking up as a scare / manipulation tactic. I used to date a guy who whenever we argued he'd threaten to leave me . And my whole life was wrapped up in him so I was so scared to have him leave me because I'd lose everything . When I decided whatever , who cares if I lose it all . I'll live out of my car if I have to , I have to leave . The same person who every single argument/dispute /time of me causing the slightest inconvenience . Didn't want me to leave . He begged and begged and begged for me to stay . But seeing as in my mind I was so full of his lies . I thought I was the problem and I kept saying that . I said no I'm obviously the problem and I can't be the problem anymore I gotta fix me . I need time to me . That was the one and only time he opened up about how much I actually meant to him . But it was too late . All the hate and disrespect he fueled me with, turned into a fire . A fire wanting freedom .

The problem was me allowing them to come back so when someone wants to go you let them I’ll be damned if I give someone the opportunity to continue to hurt me. .

There was an episode where a women burned her child and threw her child out of a two story window and he got the women help. There was another story where a father accidently hurt his child by dropping the child when they were playing (can't remember the exact details but it was an accident because the father passed for deliberately hurting the child) and Steve went off on him saying he was a POS, irresponsible parent and told to GTFO the stage.....

TLDR: Me and a few of our friends recently (about 5 months ago) physically pulled my brother out of this very situation.
Story time: His girlfriend was abusive as hell to him, leeched off of him, belittled, berated, and dogged him in front of her friends using him as a joke, and i'm pretty sure she was unfaithful to him, though I could never confirm it. I'd been trying to push him into leaving her, but she'd guilt trip the shit out of him to stay telling him that she had nowhere else to go. When he did go back to her, he'd have a new shiner to show every time I'd see him. It got to a point where I became so worried for his sake, that I told him to call me when he next got home. When he did call me, me and a few of our friends who were also concerned for his life and safety (thank you, guys!) came with me to my brother's house.
I knew the code to his front door so we came in to the scene of the leech yelling at him while he's sitting at the table with his head in his hands, it broke my damn heart and I couldn't help but tear up seeing my brother this way. She was, to say the least, very surprised to see us come through that door, but we moved her off of him, told her that she was done, grabbed my brother, called the police and, admittedly, pressed him to press charges (thankfully he listened and did). After the police came and removed her from the house, it had been a couple days before we went back with him, got all of her shit out of the house, and told her to find somewhere else to live.
Because she fell under the "resident of the home" category, she had a month's time to find somewhere else to live, so for that month, I stayed at my brother's home with him with one of our female friends so, if she jumps on my brother again, she won't get far.
Fast forward to now, he's getting himself together, looks, sounds, and feels a lot happier, and feels like he's getting control over his life again. Please, ladies and gentlemen, abusers come on both sides, the gender is irrelevant, if someone needs help, please help them.
