- Hello family! We are sad to announce the time has come for us to pack up our bags and leave Mexico. We know we will be back as we have fallen in love with this beautiful country. But before we start collecting another country with you we wanted to sit down and reflect upon our time here in Mexico over the past 2 years and talk about some of our favorite cities, beaches, food, states, experiences and more! We also wanted to thank Mexico and its people for welcoming us with open arms and teaching us many, many lessons. Mexico will always hold such a special place in our hearts. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later. We hope you enjoy our last video here in Mexico and if you’d like to join us as we continue this adventure we would LOVE that! We will see you in our next country!

We just got back from our honeymoon to Mexico. While we only visited Quintana Roo, Yucatan, CDMX and Oaxaca, your videos were a massive help! Not to mention the humor and excitement that you both showed that made us so enthusiastic about visiting certain places. Also, after watching your videos, my wife is at least somewhat confident that I make fewer dad jokes than Adam. ;)

Wow! What a beautiful video! I became a permanent resident of Mexico in 2021 which puzzles many of my friends because they have such an unrealistic view of this stunning country and warm friendly people. I’ve been to 37 countries now and Mexico is the most friendly in the world. Like you said, they were the only country that stayed open during Covid and welcomed us. I’m sharing this video with lots of people ❤️

I was depressed and annoyed stuck at home but Watching your videos took me out of it and gave me hope that i will travel again. If I love Mexico so much today it is in great part because of you two. As you move on to other countries, I can't recommend enough, the unbelievable Turkiye. The culture, the history, the archeology,, the natural beauty, the people, the food, it has all that you loved about Mexico, but somewhere between Europe and Asia. I'm been to over 70 countries in the past 9 years and those two are truly exceptional. Bon voyage.

Adam and Heidi, I just discovered your site about a month ago. I have been ‘binging’ daily ever since.
I have been an annual traveler to Mexico since the mid 70’s. My sister has water front property in Rosarito Beach Baja. I love the people, food, music and culture. In fact, as my working days come to a close my relocation to Baja has moved up much higher on my planning list.
Your travels and coverage of the various cities in detail is an invaluable guide for anyone considering visiting or relocating. You both ( in my opinion) stand at the pinnacle of insightful living/visiting information on Mexico.
In addition, something you may not realize is that you both display an incredible view of what it is like when a man and woman actually care about each other. Your blend of working together is a high mark of comfortable and professionalism. You are a true gift on numerous levels.

I’m trying so hard to be in the same place as you Heidi. ❤️Watching your videos and chatting with you and hearing about your ups and downs has sure helped me a lot with the loss of my brother last year. You guys reaching out the moment you heard and then giving him a shout out at the end of your San Cristobal de Las Casas Chiapas video is something I’ll cherish forever.
Pete we are always here for you. Grief is love with nowhere to go. It’s the love we want to give them but physically can’t so finding a way to express those feelings is what helped me. Talk out loud to him, believe me he’s right there. Keep him close. Share photos and the good and the bad times. He hears it all. I promise. Love you 🥰

I live in Chile...wow, I love Mexico and we are returning in April 2024. It is our 4th year and the truth is that everything is so different, with an impressive culture and its colors, its gastronomy, its very special people, its beautiful towns magical...CANCUN IS USA STYLE IS OUT, we are actually thinking of going to live out our old age there and hopefully being able to be in Oaxaca. My wife and I really loved these two special people but you could see in the past few months the road had taken its toll on them both. Traveling is fun, but it can also be exhausting as each town and city begin to look the same. People grow, the years fly by, and the realities come into play. Hopefully Adam will return????

I am technically American because I was born in California but I am of Mexican decent and I moved to Mexico in 2006 because I love the people here and it's good to hear that you guys had a good experience for the most part here, the vast majority of us are good people we just get a bad wrap but yeah thank you guys for showing its not all bad

Mexico is the best. The people are great! You break down on the side of the road, it's rare to wait more than 5 minutes before someone stops to help you.

Guy’s just finished watching this last episode, going through it it brought me such joy seeing the little clips of the places you’ve been to that I kinda have followed after you…kept nudging my wife saying look we were there. Shot pictures as we traveled landmarks, street art, beaches, restaurants we always got a kick saying hey Adam and Heidi we here and they sat at that table. Been exploring 4 months now and makes me see that we’ve done a lot . Enjoyed the ride lots of good information in your show, always looked forward to the next week…it’s really like saying goodbye to some good friends that you got together with once a week. We are leaving PE and heading to Huatulco tomorrow I’m going out to the beach for the last sunset. I will have a shot of mezcal for you and we surely will keep rewatching your show and use them as a guide to enjoy our time on the road.
Adam I always wanted to tell ya I agree being in about the same shape as you, there are a lot of steps and long distances in Mexico.

Thanks you two, we are in the process of our permanent retirement move to Mexico and will lean heavily on your videos for suggestions. I too have travelled the globe in my youth and am a ‘California Beach Baby’. Got my Naui at Pennekamp. Ultimately I came to appreciate what Mexico as well as the rest of Latin America has to offer. Listening to you made me recall why I love so much my country ❤️ I moved to US several years ago but it didn't work 😢 I was so sad there and didn't like the ambiance for raising there my kids 😕 so I came back to continue growing and learning as you did in here 🥰 thank you for your beautiful words to Mexico ❤ this country is pure magic ✨

I usually dislike these videos, but I've watched like 10 of your Mexico videos in preparation for a trip and I can't find fault in any of your videos. Y'all are so authentic, passionate, professional, and inspiring. I appreciate how vulnerable you are without making it autobiographical. I'm also lucky enough to be in the kind of relationship you have, we can travel anywhere and enjoy the experience together, even if it sucks. I feel so insanely informed about the Yucatan now and am just so excited to go. Thanks for sharing your love of life and travel with the world.
