Hey Shannon! That is correct. You check at the end of your turn to see if you've met any of the distinction requirements. If you have met two, then you get to place your marker on both cards. EDIT: I misspoke. You cannot make more than one distinction claim at the end of your turn.
@@25thCenturyGames just to be clear, Jen had used the Wild symbol that turn has a Crown to claim Royalty... can she in the same turn as she said the wild was a crown then say it's now a Fleur de Lis and also claim Mercenary? Seems a bit odd that in the same turn one symbol can be two different things... I understand that it's a wild symbol but it feels really strange that in the same turn it can be two different things, to me it would make more sense that when you say that wild is a Crown then it will be a crown until the end of that turn... then when it's that player turn to play again the wild has been "reset" and can now be used as a different symbol and then be able to be used to claim Mercenary... It's seems to be too powerful if it can change attribute during the same turn
@@PauloRenato23 Turns out I answered that incorrectly after confirming with the designer. Only one distinction can be claimed per turn. Sorry for any confusion. You are correct in that scenario would be problematic if you could claim two. Again apologies on that. Why I should've checked with the smart folks first before answering. :-)
