Foraging for the Guinea Pigs

At least twice a week I include in, or replace, their veggies with fresh forage from outside. It's far closer to their natural diet, helps keep them hydrated, and provides additional vitamins and minerals.
I don't wash it before feeding (do you wash hay before hand?), but many people do and that's totally your choice! I very much believe this mental stimulation and addition to their diet plays a part in why the vast majority of my guinea pigs live beyond the average lifespan.
