    Gunpowder and Black powder are actually the same thing. The difference between the 2 powders you are using is just in the granualtion size and burning speed. Make your own B.P and you can granulate to the size you want and I guess you could create a wide range of effects. Edit...Ok I see now you have Gunpowder aka black powder and you have smokeless powder a nitrocellulose based product.
