Skill damage does not improving DoT from passives, it's only affects active skill percentages. If you'll running atk/atk/hd you'll probably cleared it

Barry cthuga actually wants to be ccd,it boosts the stacks of dots so when he does an active it'll hit harder.
If this account had an SQH, it would most likely be able to go even higher than SL 25. I think.

Is this game worthy re-getting into as a f2p?
The issue has always been that he has this stupid counter synergy with himself. His active removes the bleed and burn from enemies but caps out on the dmg it can do. That way he looses a bunch of dmg and the effects of being attacked by bleeding and burning targets. I've always loved his design but DH just f***ed it up with his active in my opinion.
If he had a active skill that put out DoT's he would have broke the game or just as you say just didn't use up the DoT's on active. I do get you overall point though with how just the Abyss faction alone has most of there heroes putting bleeds and burns or how if you were to make a DoT theme team that he would be the prefect anchor since the biggest problem with those builds is you need your team to survive for the DoT to stack.
There are some line ups that he works really well with though , he and like 5 Tix's would be a maybe "cheese" line up.
He's really good if he gets ccd for a couple rounds then bam hits like a truck
