I think fan would have been better for Valk. With scalinging her HP you also get bigger benefits from the fan shielding her.

I don't think this will ever happen. DH games kind of learned from Valkyrie. She was just busted op for a very long time and caused a lot of power creep. A transcendence hero with HP scaling would be unbeatable with the purple fan.

I guess you don't get the point. Valkyrie is 3 years older than Eloise and particularly bad in SL. It's as if you would compare an old hero like Miki (really good in the 10* meta) with a SFX. Older players just love Valk and it is great to see what's possible.
