This video is part two of front porch remodel to add $5,000 in value to your house. With a front door being the first thing that potential buyers see it is extremely important that it set the stage for the rest of the house. This remodel can easily be done for under $100 if you already have the tools but Nikki and I did it completely for free besides a bit of paint and spackle from Home Depot. This exterior remodel was not only an easy project but also makes the whole front entryway look nicer.
