Long time sub here. Why did this vid not have more views?? I don't get it. IMHO you are one of the very best reactors/personalities on YT. Here you have given us a very thoughtful and insightful breakdown of this amazing album. You are underrated the same way Bibi is underrated. My thoughts, this entire album is more than excellent. For me this album can be counted in with some of the greatest albums of all time. And I would know. I'm 52 and literally grew up hearing my dad's stereo playing every single night (and I mean this was back in the days of Led Zeppelin). Something about Lowlife Princess: Noir is just ethereal. It's expertly produced and Bibi takes the listener on a quite a journey. The journey is so relatable and therein lies the magic I think. The intro was a genius move to give us a mini preview and also put us in the mood for what's to come. From the very beginning Bibi is like a siren, pulling me in and making me feel this "noir" in my soul. I want to say this album is such a vibe but that's an understatement. Thank you for this reaction. Doubtful you'll see this comment on a 2 month old video but I had to get it out. I love your channel, hoping it continues to grow!! Love this🖤

I know this video is tad bit old but just wanna add...while bibi does write songs based on her experiences (or rather takes inspiration from her life), for this album she created a whole backstory and character, thus the genre Noir cuz her songs dont fit just hiphop or just rnb.
Oh Geum ji is the character. In an alternate/futuristic seoul, she climbs up the ranks of the underworld (vengeance mv, animal farm etc). The songs tell her story as well as some bg (sweet sorrow of mother is about geum ji's mother) and basically describes how she really is a lonely person desperate for love but is too occupied/blind to see and accept the love she already has (her followers for example)

this video was made 5 months ago so idk if you will see this but it would be really cool if you have reacted to bibis older album Life is a Bi... because that album also doesnt miss there is only 5 songs in it but its so good and id love to see your reaction if you can post it to youtube.
