Maintaining hygienic is not expensive, wear head cover, use glows, mix it in large vessel, do it under good light, keep the area clean, wear fully covered cloths does it cost lakhs?? Hardly 2k but ur end product comes clean ...
This is very Indian thing yaar. No hygeine. Also, they are preparing this where customers can't see. So why would they bother maintaining hygeine. The proprietor must be an uneducated type. Otherwise, he or she would likely make things hygeinic.
After seeing this video I lost my interest in eating this dish buying from bakery .. unhygienic way . No vessel is used for mixing that too with hand . Vuwaak 🤮
