Honda Shine is one of the best Bike in 125 segment am also using since 2008 .. performance wise no compromise...if you want to rev it will give 50-55 KMPL but if you ride comfortable on 45 KM you will get 68 KMPL 👍
I recommend Gulf Powertrac Engine oil one of best Semi synthetic oil for bikes till 180 CC even after 2200Km no lag in performance
In Summer from March to September use 15W50 and for rest Oct to Feb In winter use 10w30

I also experienced the same Gear Miss problem from 2nd to 3rd gear in my Livo BS6. In servicing they did something with Gear oil. Now it is fixed.

I have 2008 honda shine...even today it's pick up is superb !!! Though mileage has dropped to around 35 in city

Such me thoda gere problem hai,Agar hm normal drive krte hai to bike makhhan ki tarah chalti hai aoir bohot jyada rough chalate hai ya race lagate hai to kabhi kabar bike ka third gere lagane me problem hoti hai..baki bike ki koi problem nahi hai avarage bhi acha hai performance bhi acha hai...
SP 125 ki hai...achhi chalti hai... smooth chalta hai,no vibes . City k liye achhi hai.

More Sound as compared Bs 4 Shine.
suspension Comfort poor as compared to Bs 4 Shine due to this can't drive this long drive. Vibration feel, Sometimes automatically engine off,
headlight Beam Not good in night driving..
chassis welding spots not properly grinded.
Positive points - Quick Start, 5 Speed Gear Box.
