It is possible due to various reasons.
You can try any other pin for the pump.

What type of water pump did you use?
We use 3-6V DC water pump
Can you describe how the Moisture sensor is connected to the arduino?
Moisture Sensor has 4 pins.
So, Out of 4 pins, we have to use only 3 pins
Sensor VCC => Arduino 5V
Sensor GND => Arduino GND
Sensor A0 => Arduino A0 (Analog Pin)

DHT VCC pin is connected with Breadboard positive pin
DHT GND pin is connected with Breadboard GND pin
DHT OUT pin is connected with Arduino D5 pin

If the program writes back a message that dth11 not detected or something like that it means that there is no library for the dth sensor, I had the same problem

This problem can be arises due to various reasons. But there is a chance of loose connection.
