Second, there might be whatever rumors you want, I'm not gonna base my judgement about someone on rumors, btw, he actually cleaned those rumors up in an interview. Third, straight or gay, I don't really care because I'm hardly ever gonna meet him, and if I do, I'm hardly ever gonna have any kind of relationship with him. To the Primer Danseur Nobles of old... Nureyev, Baryshnikov, Godunov, Martins, Villella... and the Nobles of new as well... Makalov, Stiefel, Hubbe... there's a new kid in town. It is refreshing to see a Primer ballerino--someone this good who isn't Russian. The Soviets should not have all the best in this sport. It's only fair. See, this is the heart and soul of ballet... it's not what that final finished performed production we see out there on the stage. It's what's in the classroom.

He is preparing for a performance. Some male dancers wear make up because of the lights on stage etc.. Some don't. I never did because I sweat too much.

But let me tell you something I know so many tough and rude man, they don't practice ballet at all, even don't care about it and they open their legs right a way in front of ballet dancer. And not to be on top....take your own conclusion. (Sorry for been so explicit) Bolle is one of the most talented and masculine dancers on stage and on the street maybe more than your dad, brother or boyfriend. Ballet is not gay synonym
