I disassembled mine, sand the follower a bit, then reassembled with epoxy.
Bran new mags, never used, were separating after only 4 days.
Alternatively, you can pinch it together and use a small piece of gorilla tape instead of zip ties

Thank you. Good idea. But how do you load ammo while the tape is on the mag? Due to the moving down the slide while loading?

Anyway to make a 10 rounder into 25? Mine has a small pin inside

I think the 10 round mag could converted into 25, if you have the 25 round mag spring, and I believe you will have to do some filings.

Isn't the tab what engages the bolt lock back when the magazine is empty?

It was fine when it was brandnew. It is bad when it has been used. I have the Magpul and thr GSG mags. They are all like that when fully loaded.

The manufacturers should be embarrassed that their customers have make mods like this due to their poor engineering and manufacturing

Cut plastic strips, glue 3 reinforcements across gap.

Thanks. I like your idea. Can you make a video how you did it?

@@y2k652 I didnt, my mags arnt split, just using basic physics and I saw yours, that's how I would fix them, squeeze the gap closed, glue plastic strips across the seam. Use rubber bands to hold it until your epoxy or glue dries. Itll work

Elastic bands are ugly but work well

Good, my were not like that, too. But after a while, they opened up and created some issues as I show on my video.

It has a gap because he’s stuffing more than 22 bullets he’s stuffing like 24 or 25
