I haven't been to Nanzenji Temple, so I'm not sure, but it's still quiet.
It is a great place to visit! I recommend it if you come to Kyoto one day! 😉

Oh, I can see the massive torii gate after 13:20. I did not know if it exist in Kyoto. (I know only Itsukushima shrine gate in Hiroshima)
Yes it is a massive one. There are several huge torii in Japan. This one is dedicated to the first and last emperor who lived in Kyoto

The torii gate is higher than 24 meters tall and the supporting beams are almost 4 meters in diameter
