Just got a 2012 550i M love the car but want to get pipes and a tune make it a real or better M5 .. They have the same engine but its detuned and has a different exhaust hopefully it wont cost much. Love it

Incorrect. 550 has n63tu. M5 has s63. Your year specially has the n63, the older and unreliable version of the n63tu

@yunggran actually for my year yes for the same year it has the same engine as the m5 the f10 but it tuned with a lower boost and minimal different parts I would say it is a very reliable engine now with 140k miles on it never a problem and running it hard. Do you own it? There's a reason it's called the m5 light

for the outlet. Really did the blue tips for the looks of it but in general most exhaust tips will give it a better sound
