- I was surprised to find more than one person again chasing this single SD40-2 south towards Wisconsin. ELS 1221 was no where to be found, just ELS 502 was pulling this long string of Smart Siding and other freight including a bunch of empty gondolas that looked to be for scrap iron.

The most beautiful sound in the world. A train❤
Good afternoon I enjoyed that video👍👍
Oh goodie, a bell that goes and goes and goes driving me even more crazy!
Confirmed 33 cars.
Nice sounding bell, a lot better than those digital ones! I counted 33 cars on this train.
Oh nice!
@@jasonasselin I agree. 33 cars and also yes, the bell is a cool nostalgic relic!
Have they ever done railroad crossing inspection on the no train zone crossing?
Bridge ready to fall apart.
Hey Jason what's good bro?
The blue painted area on the rail is to let the crew know where they can stop and the crossing bells and lights will time out and stop operating. If they stop before reaching the blue area they will stop operating. If they stop between the blue mark and the crossing the bells and lights will keep operating.
Well, I watched this one on Saturday morning. I have so many questions but the two main questions I would like to know is do you know exactly how long those smart siding cars are in my second question more important question did you ever tell or find out why they are painting the rails like that because I saw around here when they did that that the blue rails stayed the red rail there’s a red or orange rails got pulled and yellow ones had to be re-spiked and Orr re-graded
The bridge shots are wonderful. So much enjoy all your videos!
6:30 looks like MOW needs to do some tree trimming there in addition to MDOT needing to do some bridge maintenance on US 2.
Waking up to the sound of a train horn on this Saturday morning. With just 502 leading the with alot of LP siding. Thanks for all different catches of this train. Your outro hit that subscribe button, hit that share button, and make a comment below is your punch line dude 😂don't wear it out.
Well Jason, that bridge looks like it really needs looking at, and if you can feel the vibrations from a train passing under it [and not the vehicles driving over it] that seems to be something that a structural engineer needs to look at, and before winter sets in
This video is so wonderfully in focus that the build dates are readable on the centre-beam flat cars in the first five minutes.
Nice one Jason! The hurricane is good business for LP and the season isn't over yet.
Does LP have a trackmobile for moving cars or do they depend on ELS?
Nice train, love that horn, and the bell. I’m damn near deaf and even I could hear that.
Is that your scooter buddy from the other ?
This Crossing is a real treat because it's not just one mechanical bill but actually two and sometimes they're in sync and sometimes they clang away at each other. Looking at all the siding.loads it confirmed
that no RVPR Centerbeams were loaded in this group so that is a good indication they're headed for storage. So 4 nice photo locations with the foliage. Getting that golden tinge made for a fine video
GM Jason, it appears to me that traffic seems to have increased on the ELS…
Too bad this isn't taconite...
Not much to do up in that area, LOL
Your the one that makes it Popular Amongst Rail Fans Jason. You make the train's interesting. Small Railroad also helps.
Why doesn’t the state replace the missing concrete on the bridge before winter and all the salt and snow gets in.
