A lot of the merchandise comes from the Disney employee’s warehouse. It goes over there first and then to the character warehouse. Trust me there is so much stuff over there. I did work for Disney and that is how I know
we have a few cast member friends that let us in from time to time. Cast Connections is pretty great, but there's a lot of stuff there that never makes it to the Character warehouse and just sits at Cast Connections for whatever reason.
