Billy Idol - Hot in the City Bass Cover

I have always loved this song by Billy Idol and the bass line is so much fun to play so I figured I would do a quick cover since I enjoy playing it so much. I removed the original bass line with Moises so all you are hearing is me for the bass part (apologies Phil Feit.)
I am using my G&L CLF Research L-2000 running through an Origin Effects BassRig '64 Black Panel into an Origin Effects Cali76 Compact Bass compressor straight into my Motu M2 interface. Standard tuning and to nerd out a bit, the L-2000 is running both pickups in parallel humbucker mode with the preamp on but no treble boost engaged.
