To be honest you make everything look easy to make lol and btw its a 'skin' that is formed on the pastry cream if the plastic wrap isn't touching the surface, a crust is harder, just so you know..... xx
I'll make the patisserie as shown in other videos because this way I felt slightly scared when watching it. I always also try out the cream even when it's hot, I remember when my mother used to make it, even though she made the one you buy from stores. I am not a chef, but I confirm; French knows their stuff :), apologies if I haven't given goat cheese and blue cheese a go yet.
Made these!! They're so good!! I just skipped the part of sprinkling sugar in the end cause wasn't sure how much it would affect the sweetness of the pastry and I don't like it too sweet, custard was sweet enough. In the end, it came out amazing with the sweetness being perfect!Thank you so much!!
