I have save my grey virtual dollar on AliExpress and my $1 was successfully deducted so this means the money deducted in my dollar card is charge fee for saving my card detail in aliexpress
Normally I don't recommend saving your card details until you wish to purchase something. I think that $1 fee is just to test the card and will be reversed.

Depends. Speedaf is usually free if the package is sent through them, but if the package is sent through a post office, then you pay a fee.
