Do you also stretch your screens and glue them on the frames? Or do you just buy them prebuilt? I used to make screens at lifetime for backboards and those were like 6 x 5 feet and had to be handled by 2 people. I just bought a mimaki ujf 3042 flatbed uv printer that lets me print on phone cases or round parts like tumblers. Anything up to 6” thick and I’m making tons of restroom signs with it. It can even lay down enough ink to make braille. Let me know if you want to experiment printing something with it
