@@ukbullybeatsPeace! Thanks for that. I'm glad you enjoyed that. I may break the 60 out and play some old beats. It brings back so many memories every time I look at it.
That's right the MV had audio tracks way before the MPC had em ahead of its time, had the VGA output standard whereas it was just an option on the 3000.
Akai didn't add audio tracks until the MPC5000. There is a way to do it on the 4000 but they weren't dedicated audio tracks! The MV is a beast! Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@trakliteproductions My BX5's' lasted about the same. That's very interesting. I had a tweeter issue on the pair I had. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Be safe!
That MV 8800 really was before its time, Akai should of put options for external screan and mouse for MPCs. I have soe gear but I'm kinda just doing everything from the Laptop, I mean everything.
@@HOLLASOUNDS Peace! It absolutely was. I would put it up against any modern sampler and the MV would still shine! Roland should have come back with a new MV-8800. I believe there's a market for it and a new MV-8800 would compete with the MPC X SE. Thanks for watching and commenting. Be safe!
Some dope pieces of hardware. Pure nostalgia and current also. You gotta fire up that 60 and show us some of them old beats!
