I'm not an attorney. But I did solve the Fermi paradox. I will use the same variables and equation methodology to solve this case . I solved the Fermi paradox with world-time. I'll do the same with this case : Lindsey sent the hitman Robert's arrival plans , place and time. She also sent photos of the target. That's premeditated murder . That's RICO . All the variables are in place. Where , when , who ..... That's case closed. From Champaign wishes and caviar dreams to Fox Hill and a rusty bucket. Good God all mighty!

Look, she admitted to sending that text message saying k him. But who hasn’t said something like “I’m so hungry I’m gonna eat a horse”! It doesn’t mean you’re actually planning to eat a horse - plus a lot of people say heated things they don’t mean in heated arguments. Give us a break.🙄
Most (MOST MOST)importantly is that the alleged detailed plan to K her husband that was supposedly found on one of her bf’s telephones has NOT materialized. It hasn’t been made public. And since police are NOT allowed to discuss details in an ongoing investigation, no one would have any knowledge about it anyway! Furthermore her, and the two men out on bail have lawyered up and said nothing. So the story of the alleged detailed list to K him wouldn’t be coming from their mouths either. Be logical people.
So the supposed detailed plan to K her husband is an unfounded rumour - the supposed detailed plan does not seem to exist.
Again; sure she said some regretful things in a heated moment but haven’t we all.
But I personally do not believe she had a real intention (let alone detailed supposed plan) of getting rid of her husband.
And this online character assassination of her might boomerang back on him if people start to think it “LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT BE” classic narcissistic abuser tactics intended to smear her reputation and gain public support.
      WE SHALL ALL SEE.
Ps: if (IF) it is mostly fake TH-cam user accounts - purchased, bought and paid for user accounts that are making all the petty nasty hateful comments about her. Well if (IF) that’s the case you wasted your money because most of them don’t luck, convincing at all, and they all say the same thing. 🙄

Sadly, before it all sank in, the husband was still in husband mode and wanted to protect his wife from the Nassau prison which has a reputation of being too rough. So he convinced the judge she was not a threat and he was not afraid of her. She was put in an ankle monitor instead. Since then circumstances have changed, and he doesn't want her nearvhim and the kids. But him convincing the court she is not a threat is on record and hard to reverse.
