- This is a workout lead by Fernando Lopez@fullrangefern one of the OG ATG coaches. This workout goes over some progressions and regressions for a simple 3 movement workout with a big focus on structural balance.

Clearwater Florida. I’m working on a public HQ where people can pay for a day pass. Our current space is a rental which doesn’t allow that legally.

So, how many sets of each exercise should one aim to do in total? 5 warm-up + 3 working at 6-8 reps while adding weight each set?
Yes so it’s 3 to 5 warm up sets and for the ATG squat it’s 4 sets of 8 reps! That is how it is laid out in the Structural Balance program.
