    I have also found that it's helpful (for a form check) to take a video of myself so I can compare what I THINK I'm doing verses what I'm actually doing.

    Rookie question? Do you have any rowing workouts that there is music or rythmn music while you are coaching us?

      Ahhh music. It's such a thorny question! Some people love our music choices, some people hate them. Eventually we landed on not including music in our workouts so people could pick what they like. We're thinking about putting some playlists up that people could listen to if they want to.

      @@UCanRow2 thank you I'll check out the Spotify cause I for some reason gotten into videos with trainers(elliptical, bike and/or Satan's sidewalk the treadmill) who coach/mentor while music is playing and using the rhythm...being extremely new and a novice on the rower world it just appears utilizing music and the beat would be natural to a rower so when I didn't hear any on your videos and I looked around on other TH-cam rowing channels and really couldn't find any others that did as well AND had your expertise or way of explaining and coaching. Again thank you for the reply
