This is a recollection of my first Elden Ring randomizer playthrough spanning over eight videos, re-edited and reorganized into a single streamlined video in case some of you weirdos want to use me as a sleep aid or something.

This is pointless but I've thought about it and wanted to share
I think hardest final boss would be true mohg into malenia, as they both keep their second phases, so it would be mohg 1 and 2 into malenia 1 and 2
Theres also the fact that induvidual second phases of malekith and fire giant have full health, so they're up there too
I got the Fire Giant’s second phase as my Marfit fight and I’ve fought like 3 enemies and gotten butterflies and flowers from them
I love the fact that sewer mogh got put into the mimic tear arena, so the illusionary Mohg could be called Mimic Mohg.

Placidusax has a surprisingly appropriate placement, since it's theorized by a lot of people that Radahn's boss area is the location that Crumbling Farum Azula used to be at before it got Castle in the Sky-ed.
. . . Huh. Never thought about that. That'd be neat.

@@Abbily There were likely other Bestial sanctums as well as the one in Caelid, the Cinquedea's item description says it was gifted to the highest ranking clerics of Farum Azula which implies there might be more than one sanctum
That makes a great deal of sense, with the Bestial sanctum complex only slightly to the north of a desert waste that is conspicuously much closer to sea level than all the surrounding area, BS was probably one of the few parts of the city-state that wasn't yeeted skyward, any remaining Faram Azula architecture between those two points either slowly degrading/getting buried or being actively disassembled and/or repurposed by people who came to that area later.
Given that Faram Azula as we know it has a rather ambiguous shape and territorial bounds due to all the time being ripped apart by tornado, it's entirely possible that more territory Also once existed to the north of the Sanctum as well, kind of a rough crescent shape that once began in Radahn's desert and then arced up and around what is now the Sanctum Peninsula.
The Placidusax cutscene was something else, man. Good shit.
Watching this playthrough for a whole year, beginning in 2022 and going through 2023 has certainly been an experience! Thank you for "remaking" that playthrough for me to watch and enjoy again.

I actually laughed at the Gyobu Oniwa joke. I have no regrets deciding to watch this.

You should do this again ngl it was one of the first things I watched when I started playing Elden ring and it was genuinely so entertaining to watch and got me hooked on your videoes
He should do this with the fog gate randomizer for the extra chaos

A video I long for from you specifically would be ranking the npc summons outside of boss fights (both arena and field) by how actually good at their job they are. Some of those guys barley agro and just stand there while some others basically do it for you while you watch and the in between is where the fun parts are

These mixed boss names are fantastic. some of them are pretty fitting as well Magma Wyrm Rykard was a great one
I'm amazed at the efforts you or your editor made to make yugioh cards with all the dragons and Astel, with text and pics for like 5 sec of showtime. For all the editing you already have to do, you took time to craft those and write all the stuff on it, just so like 3 guys like me pause the video and read all of that. It's the kind of little details I think are not rewarded enough for the amount of work and time it took to make ! It really reflects the dedication for quality of the person working behind, even if that would seem irrelevant to most people. So once again, good work on the edit ! (and of course thanks for your videos aha)

i believe the reason a lot of those bosses appeared in pairs is because that's how those specific ones appear in the vanilla game. they are considered 1 "unit" . the "boss" is the 2 paired enemies.

love doing randomizer runs - fun to stream live. managed to get footage of a Valiant Gargoyle duo fight but in Margit's arena. makes you feel like a champ cause its a real possibility you're the only person in the world who has ever cleared that fight specifically.

Rusty, I am overwhelmingly disappointed how the Elden Rat joke didn't make the cut. It makes me laugh every time I rewatch Episode 8.

Th flying skeli at the start of the run can be found in altus, apparently its one of the only ones in the game that has that flying attack. Ive played the game for months and never seen it until the other day!

Neat story, first time I fought Rykard I didn’t know you could be outside his aoe, so I was basically inside of him most of the fight, and it worked surprisingly well since he had mostly mid range attacks instead of close
