I jump mine a lot too and I now am going to start this maintenance plan. I don’t get a code but turns off all the time and already adjusted the top mount.
Had mine a year now, not had this battery mount issue happen to me but I will watch out for it. My issue is the Shimano battery health - I do ride a lot, but at 1500 kms I've already hit 91% health. Managed to pick up a second battery cheap but that's also now at 91%. Unfortunately the Tazer frame is only capable of taking the 504kw battery, and with that running at only 90+% capacity it sucks b**ls. I know the weight distribution is built around this shaped battery, but some sort of mod to fit a higher capacity internal style battery would be really beneficial. I love riding it, genuinely don't want another ebike, but this battery capacity issue will see me trading it at some point I think.
Hey thank you for this video. I have a 2019 Tazer. I have 2 comments/suggestions. 1. On mine when the battery came loose, I adjusted the location of the key unit (top battery attachment point)--not the bottom unit. I set it to have a distance between that and the lower battery attachment point of 224.4mm. Since then, I have not had an issue. By adjusting the top unit, I did not have to adjust the more difficult lower battery attachment point. 2. When working in the battery compartment, I stuff a towel in the bottom so that any parts that I drop will fall onto the towel and not go down into the bottom of the compartment. I agree that the compartment is very hard to work in, and I regularly drop things down there--not good. However, I do like the bike, and I am willing to put up with a bit of foolishness...at least for now.
Stuff a rag underneath the mount to prevent a screw from falling all the way down and have the rag catch it while doing this. Thanks for the advice.

Appreciate your feedback. Please make sure to check out this video on adjusting the top battery mount: th-cam.com/video/MU3OvPh75jo/w-d-xo.html
Put foam under the battery to give it extra support.

Thanks for tue tip!!!
The w013 error would happen to me when I turn the bike on and my foot is on the pedal.
My doing the same but mine give me e20 error. The bottom holder moves back and forth . Then power turns off. Only when going over very rough terrain.

Put a rag in hole before you mess with screws
