Sir if the selection of assistant professors is really intense like how you say in the video, how come there are so many teachers in college and universities that teaches very very bad. Example, there was one teacher who dictated physics notes instead of teaching. She was the hod itself. One teacher who taught electricity and magnetism in college did not even know how to teach the subject. Why and how such people get selected sir? I find that in college and universities, there are so many teachers who are really bad at teaching.

Sir now we can not apply on the basis of only net as there is 25 marks for phd in college and 10 marks for research and in universities phd is compulsory
