Here is my phone number 406 459 1379. I am heading to NC to the whitewater center. I am done solo boating on the gauley because of the risk. But if you ate inviting me down a run of yours I could be interested. But I am still tentative because my mental health isn't 100 percent right now. So let's talk!
Here is video I made demonstrating why I use it and what it is! th-cam.com/video/pLDjGGbsFYc/w-d-xo.html Since a lot of people r1 the Gauley that is the only thing that people wanted to know about or to scoff about really. It was a good conversation starter for those that wanted to talk to me since I am quite the loner. It is for when the boat tips upside down...if you can imagine that...most of the boat will be out of the water or teeter tottered and so all I have to do is grab the drainholes and pull down. The one on the back is overkill and doesn't work that great anyway but it protects the gopro. Tomorrow I will be at the Charlotte Whitewater Center and I will mount my camera to the front thwart(but it will be the back thwart) and then have two of them...or just one because I have found that even just one of these thwarts sticking up near the front of the boat will cause the boat to teeter totter and make reflips way easy. I am looking forward to getting back to Montana and making videos on these concepts because I almost think it should be standard practice to have a air bulk head (attachable and removable) on the front of any raft. It essentially turns it into a "Creature Craft" its not self righting but even when getting thrown around upside down in a hole it may re-right itself which makes swimming after and re-entry way easier!
Hell Yeah! 😂 That’s not a great place to jump out and go for a swim 😮 right into the pillow and over the VW! Nice recovery 🙌
You tackled that wave like it insulted your mom 😂😂😂
I can't wait for the lost paddle upload. At least I know you're alive. My brother took a spill at pillow Saturday. Hell yeah
Hahahaha helllllll yea!!! You finally made it to Gauley! Yes!!!

Just curious, what’s the rigging in the front and back?
