    Ingredients:
    For Mandi Masala:
    Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
    Coriander seeds: 2 tablespoon
    Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
    Green cardamom: 8
    Black pepper: 1 tsp
    Shahzeera: 1 tsp
    Cinnamon sticks: 3
    Star Anise: 3
    Cloves: 6
    Nutmeg: 1/2 piece
    Mace: 1 small piece
    For chicken Marination:
    Chicken whole leg pieces: 4 (900gm)
    Mandi powder: 2 tablespoons
    Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
    Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
    Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
    Salt: 1 tsp
    Saffron 2 pinch soaked in water
    Red food colour: 2 pinch(optional)
    Dry ginger powder: 1 tsp
    Yogurt: 2 tsp
    For Mandi Rice:
    Basmati Rice: 1 kg
    Oil: 4 tablespoon
    Onion: 1 big
    Ginger garlic paste: 3 tsp
    Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
    Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
    Salt: 3 tsp
    Mandi powder: 2 tablespoon
    Green chilli: 4
    Coriander leaves: 1 bunch (small)
    Black lemon: 1
    Charcoal for smoke: 1 piece (heat the charcoal on flame and drizzle 1 tsp ghee on it)
    For Garnishing:
    Fried onions: 2 tablespoon
    Coriander leaves: few
    Almonds: 10
    Raisins: 10
