A year and a half ago you inspired me to start calisthenics, and I progressed a lot And a year ago bought your 35 lbs weight vest and now I use it almost everyday for making exercises challenging, and I am close to Straddle planche, V sit, One arm pull up and already got handstand push up and back lever, And a clean muscle up thanks to your video muscle up 100%, I got way stronger Thanks!!!
I'm 39 and have gained weight. Being a truckdriver driving for 10 and off for 10 has not helped. I feel all I do is sit or lay down. I've been stuck in remember mode. Remembering when I did basic training in the Army and got the highest pt score 96 push-ups in 2 minutes, 11 min 50 sec 2 mile. And I was in high-school wrestling. I was strong. Basically I'm not liking where I am at physically now. Your videos have given some guidance and motivation to do something about it. It's been so long since I have done anything. But you offer routines. I've started and am so weak now. But I need to keep trying.
The interaction with the audience is what makes a solid percent of this channel . It's very smart , because you learn from every comment on the video . Therefore you can make better content . Congrats I've been here since 2017

I have always loved bodyweight exercises without even knowing calisthenics was a thing. I remember doing things like 100 pushups every day when I was 11. I am so glad that I found you by chance around August this year because I had no idea that all these calisthenics exercises existed! Thank you for leveling up my exercising.

@@wyxelix5041 I don’t do that anymore haha, I still don’t take purposeful rest days though. I know that it’s better but exercising is often too fun for me to resist. I haven’t exercised much in a few days, just some pullups here and there because I’m sick but in general I actually can’t have rest days because I’m in wrestling, where we have practice every day.
In 2014 I was training with a friend of mine and he was super supportive and always made me go farther each time. I got super fit in just 2 months with him. 10 years later I regret not doing such good workouts over the last couple of years but last year I started bouldering and this year I will add some calisthenics Thank you Chris, you are really motivating me to beat my belly fat and get fit again 💪🏻
