As a hard rock loving teenager, I hated the low quality Christian music being put out in the 90s, but Audio A. was the exception. The quality of their musicianship was next level, and it paved the way for later Christian musicians. I’m grateful for these guys.
They changed the context. That make s the entire message a new one. They made the song "new" the same way JESUS makes people "new". "Let him who has ears, hear."
Oh my God, you're right. I am so sorry. I honestly had no idea that covers were suppose to be identical to the originals. I feel so bad about saying that. I hope that you will accept my apology.

It says all of the answers are comin' from Him!
I LOVE THIS SONG!
Perfect!
If it was too different from the original people would be complaining about that too.
Can't please everyone, man.
Back when Audio A was good!

@njb641982 That's not the line. Mark is singing "We've got to do better, we've got to take heed. All of the answers are calling for me."
bem legal, cara. :D
just because something is redone by another artist DOESN'T mean it HAS to be new and different.
get a music education and then we'll talk.
yeah that's true.
but ew.
wow.
way to completely not put any original spin on it and do it exactly like the edgar winter group originally did.
what's the point.
boring.
