@@rfresa That’s probably true. I’m a photographer and can totally understand that. Still it just seems so crazy for the British royal family not to have the resources to take a photo with all the kids smiling or properly photoshop the picture.

This is not age well with cancer diagnosis...
The capacity of the institution around the Royal Family to panic over stuff nobody should care about is just baffling to me. "Oh no, somebody is out of the public eye for a bit. Must keep up the appearance of keeping up appearances. Quick start faking photographs!!! Urgent!!! Must publish Kate photos, no matter how insane that makes us look, or how much of a spotlight it casts on somebody who apparently wants privacy."
Apparently a lot of the royals themselves don't even care about this stuff. They are just normal rich spoiled people, by the standards of rich spiled people. A lot of it comes from the sycophants who spent their whole lives dedicated to the Institution who don't understand that nobody else cares as much as they do. It's not like Britain will fall into the sea if some princess takes a vacation. She literally doesn't have a job.
Her job: public appearances in support of the Royal Traditions, the weird Royal waving at the common masses, and having an heir and a spare or two...
More than 10 years ago, my mother had a mass removed from her abdomen. Fortunately it was a non-cancerous cyst, but it was the size of a grapefruit! It caused so much calcification to some of her organs that her doctors initially ordered my mother to 3 months of bed rest, but her recovery was much closer to a year due to a couple post-op complications. So, I can confirm that someone could need at least 3 months of bed rest following emergency abdominal surgery.
Also, if she wants to keep mum about the specifics of the procedure and asks for privacy while she recovers, that’s her right. I also applaud King Charles’s choice to be open about his recent health issues to raise awareness of a common men’s health issue. That was his right, too. It’s the press that I have issues with here. That’s why I love the parody that TDS offers.

It's really funny because now all the details about William's affair with Rose Hanbury are coming out, and that never would have happened if he hadn't released that badly photoshopped pic. He just keeps digging a bigger hole for himself.

Rose Hanbury isn't his only mistress, she's just the most famous. People are going to find out that William was always the dim brother. This is exactly why you need to be careful when making speculative jokes about someone in the media. Sometimes when the truth comes out it's not the information that you expect. Everyone's joking around, but now that Kate's cancer diagnosis has been revealed, it now comes off as tasteless.

In 2023 rumors swirled that in January Kate was going to announce a Divorce over Williams infidelity with a certain Rose Hanbury 🌹 and then in January Kate is rushed to the hospital for two weeks with no one allowed to visit but William, not her mom not the kids just William.

Hardly a news story, the Princess of Wales (she hasn’t been ‘Kate Middleton’ for quite while now) had surgery and is recuperating at home. We were told at the start that she wouldn’t be performing official duties until after Easter. Why can’t people just leave her alone to recover? All these silly conspiracy theories are ridiculous.

@@romilly99 There have been conspiracy theories building for a few months now, mostly for a bit a fun I think. This started with the palace announcing Kate was having a "planned surgery" back in January. That "planned" surgery resulted in some of her engagements being cancelled which led people to speculate that it was not planned and more serious than they were saying. They also announced King Charles was having surgery on the same day. Since she was released from hospital no photographs have been released of her at all, which is unusual for the royal family. The last confirmed photograph of her is from Christmas day. There is a grainy TMZ photograph of her (maybe?) in a car that no British press has published.
In late Feb Prince William pulled out of an memorial service for King Constantine for "personal reasons". It was later announced that royal family member Thomas Kingston has been found dead next to a shotgun. They palace denied this being connected to Williams withdrawal.
A few weeks ago the military removed Kate from a list of attendees for an event in June, which led to more speculation about her health.
And then, after months of speculation, this edited photo was released, and then retracted. This set the internet on fire.
Yesterday, the British press photographed her in a car with William. But the photo only shows the back of her head.
“They don’t even wipe their own NOSES!” Didn’t think that joke was going THERE. 😂

Still, though, it bothers me a little to be lied to. Eventually, though, the lies became puzzling. Why is it so hard for the Royal Family to just disclose a photo of Kate Middleton?
Kate could call a newspaper and speak to someone there she knows well who knows her voice. That she hasn't done that is concerning. A photo of her isn't necessary but proof from her that she is OK is a reasonable ask.

Lol we think she had an affair with Thomas Kingston who killed himself after William found out. William had been doing his thing with Rose, they had a massive fight on the night of the 28th Dec he beat her up lost his temper she ended up in hospital put into an induced coma she could have been pregnant for Thomas and lost it because of the beating., her face was badly damaged so she was moved to London clinic which specialises in plastic surgery . So much has happened now and all the insinuaions are out of control what are we supposed to believe. A lot is going on. Too many fake pictures out here . All they have to do is come out into the open as they always do an have a real photo taken in public no big deal.
