Hello, Dr hope you doing well, my chest haller index in x-ray 3.4 and in ct-scan report haller index is 4.00 now which exercise should i do to reduce haller index and for how many month or year i should do this exercise? But i don't feel any other problems because of this. Because i have done all test of my chest all other things are normal just haller index is high a bit. Thank you
