Typically I’ll download a bunch of videos that I think would fit in a video like this and fine tune the audio in the program Reaper. Once I finish the audio there, I move over to Vegas pro and edit there. To answer your comment, Vegas pro has options to change the timeline to be separated by measures and beats, and there is also a way to change the BPM. In a way, Vegas is kinda like a DAW but for videos
