Now *this* is some nice work, I always thought that the CORE and the Hotlands were vastly underrated, considering it's potentially the site of quantum miracles and unusual "timeline" oddities following the death of the chief scientist in charge. Seems everyone is focused on the determination aspect, but what about the enigmas behind the CORE energy system? Isn't it strong enough to produce seismic activity? Wouldn't there be danger if every monster, in the pacifist run, left it behind and never maintained it? I feel like this song gives it's fair credit in aesthetic to these notions. I never got over the wit behind the CORE and Hotlands, I truly hope to see it again in a new Toby Fox game. It's where Gaster became the anomaly he is for heavens sake.

NEW AU CONFIRMED???? Then I'd call it "Underfusion" or "Undertale Fusion" in which ruins is fused with new home (They would only use Ruins song), and Snowdin and Waterfall are also fused together. The places would need to be twice as big and would finish at this one. Also, Toriel is the first boss, Asgore second, Papyrus and Sans third (But Sans would avoid every attack and leave when Papyrus is killed), Undyne forth, Mettaton fifth and then, in Genocide, Sans again (But has all the monsters souls since they got fused when you killed them, and the 6 human souls. He wouldn't hold back so it would be utterly impossible to defeat them. Making Genocide impossible to fully beat.)
The determination of a player far surpasses any combination of SOULs in Undertale, and I think that's why every fight (even Sans, despite the fact that he has an undodgeable instakill attack) is possible, so even in this case, Sans would be beatable.

Unfortunately there was an accident, the doctor had fallen into his own creation, his ability to change the world with his own hands as he saw fit was his downfall and he was annihilated by his own creation; the core while self sustaining is monitored by the Royal Scientist, Doctor Alphys. Somehow she learns something new about the Core every day; maybe one day she'll meet whoever had built it that is if it wasn't always there in the first place.
