5:20 is gold, that's exactly how i analyse music i'm working on. Small little pitch bends or lfo vibrato's on notes makes such a huge difference. Modern music rarely use synths like they used to in the 70-80's. A great example was Breakwater - Release The Beast such a cool little neat resonance sounding modulated/lfo synth hook!
This is truly amazing, if only Michael was here to witness the passion you guys had in bringing back old memories one of rhe best albums in the world ❤
That's strange: listening to a multitrack of Thriller I found on TH-cam some time ago I heard that the chorus synth sound is in fact an oscillator sync lead sound from the Jupiter 8, while in a rendition of Thriller that I did before (that's on my channel, if you're interested) I obtained that "meowing" sound using the lowpass filter on my Jupiter 6. Hearing that multitrack video made me thinking that I was wrong with my rendition, but now watching this video I'm seeing that maybe I was right :-) Probably some of those multitrack parts I heard were from Stairlight, where that sync sound is very recognizable in the chorus. Anyway, it's amazing seeing the actual people behind Thriller in action in your videos!
That synthesizer playing is funky as hell
It’s like a hit of dopamine when I see a new upload here! Thanks guys! 😁
feels like we’re in the room with them!
I replayed that jam like 5 times in a row. That was so funky!!

This brings me life
Greg is so gracious, not taking credit for things he didn’t do 🙏🏽
Absolutely brilliant…funk magicians.
I could watch this all day. The jamming was better then 90% of music that is made today. This content is amazing 🔥
Goshdarnit, remake the entire song with Greg and Anthony playing over MJ'S vocals! This is badass!
greg was skating on that synth.... so rare and real
I love how Greg shows why it sounds better with the pitch slider. It just works better, even tho its such a subtle difference.
Who play the Rhodes?? is Amazing. Thanks
I want them to be my friends forever :)
Le meilleur podcast de l’histoire incroyable et magnifique ❤
Some of the best content on TH-cam!!!

Imagining Michael dancing in the room.
Tasty cooking, thank you gentlemen
Love you guys, more stories please, anything you can remember. Where is Quincy? A straming with the protagonists (with Quincy) would be great. Cheers

Anthony, It was the Jupiter-8 not the minimoog. ❤
I think the lead synth stuff was played by Michael Lehmann Boddicker?
There’s a whole line before that riff that Greg is missing…it’s annoying me lol
