First of all, Steve would like to express to you my sincere thanks for such clear, simple for the novice fan, or just a person enthusiastic magic stone, very useful and easy to understand video tutorials. With great interest I have studied 7 video parts of the course. A low bow to you for your hard work, patience, and willingness to provide full support to budding amateurs cut. If there are technical specifications or drawing of your cutting and polishing machine would be very grateful to you if you do send ... Here in Russia such equipment for some reason are not commercially available, through the entire Internet and found only you in the United States in California firm ULTRA TEC about you, Steve said in his video. If you have not hard could you comment on Steve which of the two machines by ULTRA TEC better. I am confused ... .. Only the price a little high for me. And the second question: What are the two machines use different on your machine on which you have worked on the video? We in Russia is easier and cheaper with a schematic of the machine image (or having an accurate drawing with all parameters) to order a professional turner working metal the machine for customization, which can be much, I would say many times cheaper than, for example to order in ULTRA TEC $ 5000 plus shipping to Russia, plus customs and all that event could cost in the region of $ 7000-8000 and even more ...... that a lot of money for a beginner cutter (yet novice amateur :-)) How best to proceed Steve and what do you advise? Hey nobackhands, the best way to remove a natural untreated jasper, would be to soak it in acetone. This will dissolve the superglue. (That is if the stone is natural and undyed, otherwise it may be an issue and you probably will have to heat it to remove... there is definitely risk involved if you have to heat the stone though. ) Hope this helps, good luck!
Whew. Long winded but worth it. You know the attention to detail is there when someone even goes to the effort of putting belt conditioner on the list of things to have to maintain your tools. I don't think I've put belt conditioner on anything! Thats probably why my belts have rotted away over the years. Although I doubt even belt conditioner will stop a belt from rotting but who knows maybe it will! Thankfully it's one of the cheapest items on this list... but for the heck of it I think I'll add it to my list. I have damned near every other chemical, lube, and glue in my arsenal might as well.
If you or anyone that sees this text could help me finding cheap and good enough machines to cut-polish stones? Some names of producers\manufacturers. Some brands and\or models. Some links to products in Amazone or another. Some names and description of the machine so I can do my own research. In Europe or with delivery to Europe please. Whatever that can help me find a cheap but reliable machine so I can do some experiments and if I have what it takes. Thanks :)

Shiny rocks make me want to learn how to do this, so I can focus all my time on shiny rocks.
Husband's knowing me just handed me 86 crt between 3 sapphire stones said have qt it.😅
I say better to start at 14 with something shiny than at 40 like me kid.

Reforged Criterion It quiets a noisy belt.
Show...muito boa explicação...

Thanks :)

Sorry I have not had luck with used equipment. Used ultatek or facetron would be best bet as you can get parts.
If I ever do this as a hobby, I need to give up manicures. 😅

Where in the world, literally, can I find any of Glenn and Martha Vargas books not costing 300 dollars a book or more
Tri-Force Blades try amazon
@@Moregems the obvious answer. I have searched through out the internet and may have found the first book for a decent price. The other 3 volumes are like a case of 6.00 water being sold for 75 dollars after a hurricane.
It's ridiculously insane.
