  • On my last visit to the Tampa area to speak I was truly blessed to be able to spend a day with a dear friend Shelby and her two incredible and inspiring daughters at the Tampa Zoo @ Lowry Park.
This is a world class destination Zoo and an absolute must visit if you ever find yourself in the Tampa area.
An incredible diverse collection of animals call this zoo home. Most rather foreign to me as I come from a very cold climate. So seeing many of these animals up close in incredibly well designed and appointed enclosures made for an incredible day.
Now bear in mind this video primarily focuses on MY highlights of what I saw during my visit. Those that know me should know well enough what animals shall be featured prominently lol.
I hope you'll join me today as we take a visit to the Tampa Zoo @ Lowry Park.
I must extend heartfelt thanks to Shelby and her Daughters for taking time out of their weekend to show me around their wonderful Zoo.
    Thanks for watching my friends,
    Biggs

Great video, thats changed a bit since i was there, went over in aroung 95 i think, im glad to see, no matter which zoo i go to, the enclosures are a huge improvement now to many years ago, much more fulfulling and enriching for the animals themselves. Sorry but, absolutely love manatees ❤

@@themadaquaristsrealmnatura2556 Yes it's nice to, I'm really glad zoo owners, pretty much everywhere have started giving enrichment and natural looking enclosures to captive animals, makes a change from them just pacing back n forth in boredom. Obviously it would be great to not have animals in cages but then, would we be any better in theory, but I can understand, the conservation and preservation of certain species does depend highly on man's intervention so, not always a bad thing I guess, plus, not everyone would or could get to see these magnificent creatures if they were just in the wild.
