Just remembering this, guess what's for dinner!!!! Thanks for the great memory. We lost our special needs son almost 6 yrs ago from an undetected heart problem and haven't been able to go places and to prepare dishes he loved so well. But the older I get, the closer I am to seeing him again and now picking up a few things we enjoyed together. It's hard, but life's one day at a time. Love seeing you younger ladies sharing your passion and love of cooking with us. Also really enjoy seeing your husband in the kitchen getting his hands messy. Just remember, there's always soap and water for clean ups!!! Thanks again.

CiCi Pizza used to serve a cheeseburger Pizza, then of course they discontinued it. This Pizza flavor is GREAT!!! My CiCi also made my special needs son a Pizza and they called it JASON'S BIG MAC PIZZA. They couldn't put it on the buffet because of the name but they would start one ad soon as we walked thru the door and he got to take the leftovers, if we had any. Great ingredients combination.

Can you guys do a video on how you get your ground beef so finely ground? Here in Kansas we have an old local chain called NuWay, which is famous for "crumbly burgers". They're close to going away forever and we'd love to learn how to get that really fine crumbly ground beef to re-create the NuWay burgers!

@@amypletcher4411 You just peak underneath at it. The tortilla doesnt stick extremely well so itrs easy to see under it if its done. And no, its well done. No medium well burgers for us over here!

Okay. You got me! I started watching knowing I'd be fine with the Cheeseburger Pizza. I make a keto bacon cheeseburger one every so often but with a mix of ketchup and mustard for the sauce and a cheddar Jack cheese blend. And, of course, onion and pickles - I put the pickles on after it's cooked. I've thought about switching it up with Big Mac sauce instead of the ketchup/mustard mix, but haven't done it yet. Now I just need to tweak it a little to make it your version and give it a try! Where I thought I'd have a problem was with the tacos. Nope! No problem at all! They looked fabulous and I can't wait to try them this weekend! I should have known - I thought I'd hate Big Mac Salad, too, and OMG! Delicious! Turns out I'm evidently a fan of the Big Mac flavors. Thanks for these two!!
You might get a better crust if you preheat the stone in the oven for an hour or so, then slide the raw pizza on to it. This will give a great burst of heat into the bottom crust, promoting browning. This is how the stones are usually used. I am not good with the pizza slide, so I make it on a parchment, then pull the parchment out from under the pizza after a couple of minutes.

To kick up the smash burger taco try seasoning meat with salt pepper onion powder and accent (msg) gives you the McDonald’s burger taste!
