Things that Iranian team was doing in 4th set were just astonishing, flawless game plan. We also had too much serve errors in my opinion, when you summarize all of them its almost 15/16 I believe. Huge thanks for Iranian team for pouring ice cold water bucket to wake us up from a nap. With that amount of skills IRI team has at the moment, bright future stands in front of them. And finally thank you Orły for not giving up and utterly dominating 5th set. POLSKA GÓRĄ!

Most of the players have only recently joined the national team from the U-21 team. The U-21 team of Iran won the 2019 world championship. I believe this team has the chance of winning medals in future Olympic games.

@Knut Garvik It may be a mental issue. The mentality of the players who win every game assumes that everything is over and they don't think about the medal. It is also a matter of the lack of experience of these players and the Iranian team. We have been added to the world's top teams for about ten years and we are still not compatible with this atmosphere. Maybe we need time and get a medal. The team can appear less volatile.

Agreed- I am also a fan of this team and a fan of every asian teams who always supporting and cheering throughout this tournament for a of us to reach the final- but Iranian players or team did their best and pulled out their utmost because every team wants to clinch that Trophy as well as Iran somehow they just lost to Polish team in that last and deciding set; still, I support all asian teams even there is none left to compete in the VNL 22. Iranian middle blockers have been neutralized by Poland a couple of times. Poland is always having difficulty defeating Iran in their last matches but gladly today they won. Semi Finals are indeed the battle of the best.
Well played Iran, you've been a very solid and unpredictable team to play against this tournament, and this is from an American. The Iranian team this tournament looked like a very solid contender for the championship, definitely one of the top teams in the world
Fun fact: Iran didn't have 3 of its best players due to Injury. Meisam Salehi(best OH alongside Milad), Mojarad(Best Asia Middle blocker) and Javad Karimi(Best Asia Setter). And Also the best player of Asia Saber Kazemi (Amin was outstanding this year so we can neglect him)

Patrząc na skrót można by pomyśleć - Polska grała świetnie...no nie , nie grała świetnie, masa błędów, dość powiedzieć że na końcu seta przy wyrównaniu , po kolei 3 zagrywki w siatkę....Kurek praktycznie nie istniał, słabe momentami wręcz bardzo słabe przyjęcie, delikatnie mówiąc "nienajlepszy" dzień miał nasz rozgrywający...no tylko wszystko to przez bardzo dobrze grający Iran. Na szczęście mamy Olka Śliwkę i Semeniuka! Gratulacje dla naszych i szacunek dla Iranu!

Im iranian and I think Poland was better and played better than Iran. They deserved it. But I liked the way our team played and I enjoyed it. They were amazing too. ❤️🇮🇷
