Just to add to your review the button slso lights up as a location beacon it has a couple of different modes and colours. Wukkos flashlights are extremely good value for money i have 5 and have never had a problem with any also they're a sub brand of sofern
Enjoyed the FC13s review, Charles! 🙂 I have the SFT40 equipped FC13 and liked it so much that I ordered the XHP50B version in 5000K to get a floodier and warmer looking beam. As I understand it, Wurkkos introduced the "new" FC13s for people who prefer not to mess with Anduril but it seems that the official specs for the FC13s also differ from the Anduril based FC13 with the same XHP50B emitter. Come to think of it, I haven't seen a new flashlight model from Wurkkos or Sofirn in 2024. It's as if Anduril itself is becoming a passing fad for these brands. 🔦🤔

@@CharlesBridgTec I wrote a comment where I was not happy with it being an unprotected cell, and I also pointed out the not so great Amazon reviews. Seems like a pretty high failure rate.
I, myself don't totally trust Amazon reviews for you can't see the history of the reviewer. Also I have don't many Wurkkos reviews and have not heard of failure rates being high, but all companies have them. I also don't know who deleted your comment.

Why not buy a fire starter unit. They use a lithium battery and will instantly start a fire. Use your light to see instead. Thanks for watching!
