The deleting and reinstalling the payment method helped a lot
been having a issues where i cant buy stuff ingame like vbucks on fortnite or the kombat pack, for fortnite the payment screen never shows up and mk says purchase was cancelled

I HAVE THE SOLUTION
If you bought gift cards and you cannot buy with that money
Then try to call Microsoft and they will answer you in a short amount of time (like 5-15min)
And you will talk to some employee and you will solve it together
I have the same issue
They told me that for some reason the cannot see any issue with my account or the gift card. It appears totally fine on their side
They bought what I wanted then it solved by it self
So it just like a BUG

I called Microsoft and they answer me within 5 minutes and I go live chat with some employee and we solved it together
For me it says I have to agree to some terms before purchasing the game and I have the money but it’s not letting me press the buy button

Had This Problem Too 2024 I was trying to buy v bucks and I was getting error AND I FOUND THE FIX … what I did to fix it was that I updated my Microsoft address It had to be the same as my epic account address
