We have extensive genetic testing on the history of Iberia from samples going back to the Paleolithic, so can clearly see the admixture and when it entered Iberia. Roman admxiture is 15-25% depending on region. Celtiberian makes up the majority but Iberians (aside from Basque) are not fully Celtiberian. This is genetics fact. Look up Olalde et Al 2019 or Bycroft et Al 2019 if you want to actually learn about Iberians genetic history, instead of basing on uneducated options
