I'm a Chinese here, since in China we have a lot of various different food that go with rice, so eating these things feel like we're eating the same thing, but honestly I love Italian food, I can't deny that
Those breakfasts are so gigantic. In my country they would count as a big lunch or even a dinner. I wouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day. But I am not a big eater. I only have a few slices of bread with some simple toppings and a couple of cups of coffee.
I always thought that those big breakfasts were so that people could fuel up early, and carry them through the day with maybe just a cold sandwich for lunch.
There are still parts of China where a wrap or something bun-like are eaten as a lunch or some kind of fast food, like Roujiamo, or Guabao, or Huoshao, ... they are technically main courses. What meal do Xianbing(panfried buns with minced meat fillings) count as in Beijing? Those are so good on cold winter days, and oily as heck.
Missing Dessert! You know dessert is heavily apart of the American diet! In a diner, a classic sundae or milkshake would be required for the full American experience.
That steak is pretty bad. If your going to pay for a steak, it should be nearly an inch thick, imo. Much jucier, grill marks, served with a baked potato with butter, salt, pepper (or thick steak fries) and asparagus, or mixed veggies. And a dry red wine, seals the deal. Maybe some Tiramisu for dessert. Or a hot maple brownie, with ice cream on top. As an American, i dont like runny eggs. I prefer scrambled. Or hard boiled (deviled eggs are to d1e for). Might want to introduce them to more fancier foods...like chicken french, chicken marsala, pesto pasta, and a good thick char broiled steak + Grilled mushrooms. That, or a nice prime rib cut, with auju (thin brown sauce). A good beef pot-roast, and or corned beef meal... Would also be good. We americans do eat too much wheat in our diets. But as far as the menu goes... We eat dishes from every culture in the world.
Oh no they are missing out, the toast is for sopping up the lovely runny egg yolk! Wait - you gotta dunk the grilled cheese sandwich into the soup - its required!! Wrong again. Its not diner food unless you have meatloaf, mashed potatoes with brown gravy and a green vegie! Can't have spaghetti without garlic bread! Hey where is the apple pie ala mode for dessert?
🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Why didn't you explain or show how them how people typically eat the foods or did you cut that out of your video and they chose to ignore you? The toast should be used to mop up leftover egg yolk. You don't have to, but is normal. The grilled cheese needs to be dipped into the soup. You twirl the pasta with your fork on the plate until there are no loose strands of pasta (not to be twirled mid-air) and use the bread to mop up the excess pasta sauce. And where is the quintessential meatloaf, pie or milkshake? These are typical diner experiences that they missed out on.
Merry Christmas y'all! 🎄🥰🎄
EDIT: Subs are fixed now- enjoy the video !!!
Thank you for the quick re upload with subtitles! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Unsure if you're aware but generally we dip the grilled cheese into the tomato soup for a more complex flavor experience.
Exactly!
True
Plus butter on pancakes, jam on toast, and ketchup on eggs!
And bread with spaghetti is for mopping up sauce
in canada its also very normal to dip grilled cheese into ketchup, but apparently thats very strange to americans

Dipping the bacon and sausage in the egg yoke or syrup is must.

It's a crime you didn't have them dip the grilled cheese in the soup D:
the steak was definitealy on the rare side, I wouldn't call it blue, but its like between rare and medium rare.
Bacon dipped in mayonnaise. I know the Japanese would love a BLT

Merry Christmas, Cantomando! May God continue to bless you guys and your families’ greatly in the future! ❤️🎄🥰🎄❤️
That's a rare steak anywhere else in the world.
Not dipping that grilled cheese is criminal. Why not instruct them to eat correctly?
Wait isnt this a reupload?
They re-uploaded it with subtitles.
BRO... WORK/STUDY HOW LONG?!
What is the name of this diner?
That steak isn't medium rare, it's blue... That was definitely frozen before being put onto the grill.
Suggestion: you don’t need to tell them (or us) when the national day of each dish is. Nobody cares.
The steak is so bloody raw
4:55 That's -1000 SCP
I can be ur translator

Stop the stereotyping of Americans.
It’s sharing culture, not stereotypes.
Take them to Denny's one day. That's my favorite spot. Grand Slamwich, hashbrowns, coke, and a milkshake after
I'm full just reading "Grand Slamwich"
Y U GOT MANDOS WHEN THE NAME OF THE CHANNEL IS CANTO LAME
