He was definitely murdered.
1.There is a bunch of blood, but a tree coming at you would be considered blunt trauma.
2.The tree is cut very awkwardly. It's almost like he started cutting in one direction, but suddenly changed his mind and chopped another.
3. Here is the problem. Let's say the tree went timber and the man tried to run. The problem is he would be facing down, and not upwards, due to him facing away from the tree, and the blow being from the back. Plus, he didn't make it that far from the tree. Oh, and before you say it, he couldn't have just stood there either. Most lumberjacks know to look towards where your cutting. But that wouldn't make sense because his head was facing outwards. But even after all that, I neglected to tell you the most important part: His head is fine. A tree falling on him will almost always hit his head, but it didn't. He could have been looking upwards to see if the tree was falling, but that would still hit his face. Even if he were looking up with his whole body, his stomach would have not been the thing to get hit, his knees would.
I dare you to find a problem in my reasoning, but even if I'm wrong, there is still 1 and 2 more obvious points.

ANSWER TO LUMBERJACK: the tree was cut from the opposite side of what he was on. So in reality its impossible to for him to cut a tree that way and it fall on him. Check the video again at 9:37 seconds in.

your on the right track but a bit off you cant cut a tree flush with a hand axe you have to cut into it from top and bottom taking out a wedge but the trunk itself was flush and cut underneath the wedge he was making with his hand axe which means it was cut with a saw also the way the knife is on laying on him is not any way you would store a knife on your person though to be honest they picture is a pretty poor representation of how things would look if it was murder. If we wanted to be really really precise we could say he wasn't killed by a tree at all but stabbed with the knife on his body most likely a tree falling on him would do more internal then external damage unless he was punctured by a branch which we can see he wasn't so for all that blood to be around him his body would have needed to be punctured though if we are getting really picky that amount of blood is also unrealistic as the ground would soak of a reasonable amount of that blood assuming he was stabbed in the back since we don't see any direct blood stains on his torso and he is laying on his back though there would probably be some amount of blood pooling around his waist it wouldn't be anywhere near that much. So like I said if you really want to over analyze this the picture is a pretty poor representation of what actually would have happened

For the lumberjack one I think I have an answer. If he cut the tree from the right (the side he is on now, dead) then the tree would have fallen to the left. If he cut it from the left, then it would have gone to the side he was on now. So he was murdered by someone else

He was murdered at 9:50, because there was a triangle in the tree, which he cut to try to get it down, the killer wasn’t a lumberjack and tried cutting up the end to make it look like the tree fell on him to kill him. The tree fell the other way then the cut, and the tree should have fallen the other way than it did.

For the lumber jack one, the way the wood was cut would make it fall away from him. Also that is WAY too much blood and spread out way to much . The knife could just be his knife but still should be treated as evidence.

For the lumberjack one, its simple, he wouldnt have been able to chop the wood on the opposite side. If he chopped the wood on one side it wouldnt fall ON him. Itd fall to the way the axe swung into the tree.

Hmm Im pretty sure the murder stabbed him in the back but there were the murders finger prints on the knife so the murder hid the knife under his arm and I'm pretty sure the lumberjack tried to fight back but he couldn't so he called for help but it wasn't on time so he died!

Pause at 9:49. He was murdered around the the time when the tree was almost cut through. He was murdered because the of the hunting knife located on top of his stomach. The murderer killed him by stabbing him in the back, Hence no open wounds on his chest. Next, the murderer wiped off the blood on the knife to make it look like it was his using a handkerchief or possibly his own clothing. Next, The murderer had little time before he’s caught so, he finished cutting down the tree and laid the tree on top of the victim to make it look like the victim was crushed and to make it look accidental. But why would the victim need the knife when clearly he has the axe which is a good defense weapon?
The murderer then placed his arms up to make it look like he died with his arms up. The murderer then placed the axe in his right hand and made his escape before the body was found.
The walker talkie was the victims because he likely carried it in case he did need help, maybe from a fellow lumberjack nearby that could help him. Why he didn’t use it? suggests that he died in a state of shock, hence the stabbing in the back.
The next real question is....
Who was the killer???

08:54: If you would cut a tree on one side, it would fall on the other direction. As for the lumberjack, the tree shouldn't have fallen on him if he was the one cutting the it, because it would fall on the opposite direction, which only means someone set up a trap by cutting a tree until it nearly falls and then hit its trunk one last time when the lumberjack was there.
For the pirate thing, there is a submarine going throughout the section

The lumberjack was murdered because while he was cutting the tree down, somebody else cut it before him because there are two cut marks.
B) Is dead because he is super pale and something took a bite out of one of his ears and his eyes are really pale. He also has worms in his beard. Everyone else in the room is an alien because their eyes are very big.

The lumberjack was murdered because it looks he was cutting the tree in a different area then were it was cut. Also if he did get hit by a tree, there will not be a lot of blood. Like if you agree

If you guys could see...there is a knife on the body below the tree..that is the murder weapon.. after which the murderer has cut the tree and kept it on the body so he is not suspected..but unfortunately the murderer left the knife..with which the guy was killed...

The lumber jack thingy I think it was because close by where the tree was cut you can see where he started cutting it right above it
